How Can blood In Urine Be Treated?

I had a painful bowel movement on my 7th day of menstruation. I suspect its a UTI because I still have blood coming out when I urinate. Its not a burning sensation i felt but the doctor I visited told me i have UTI through urine sample. Can a painful bowel movement be a sign of UTI? I am on a Microbid 2x a day now.

Hi, painful bowel movement can't be a sign of UTI. It can happen due to gastritis. Drink around 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser. It will help in resolving the UTI.
